Created in the lab, harbored like another one of their experiments. Treated no better than an average lab rat. But they made a mistake, for they had given it the strength to fight back. They hoped to control what he would then become. Months of repeated modifications made on the body turned it's skin pale. You could almost see it starting to blend with the color of the instruments that he was tested with. But it was burning up, from the inside. Even after being embedded with the intellect of a human, it felt outrageously purposeless. It wanted to leave in peace, but no promises were made for the rest. It found a way out, and the rest unfolds as you see before your eyes.
